A single "will you attend?" line is not enough when the same family is invited to mehndi, the ceremony, and a reception on another night. You need a yes or a no for each event, a meal where you are serving one, and a clear rule about plus-ones. ShaadiPrints collects that on an RSVP site. Start at the RSVP page.
The prices below are the ones the RSVP plans use in the product: Basic is $39 and Premium is $79. Each is a one-time charge for that wedding, not a monthly fee. Checkout charges the plan you choose.
The free start
You can open a list before you pay. The free plan holds up to 100 guests and one event. That is enough to try the page, or to run a single ceremony with a shorter list. It is a poor fit for a weekend of events, or for a guest list that will grow past 100 people. There is no guest cap on Basic or Premium.
The RSVP site needs an account. Guests do not. Each guest opens a private link. They do not create a password, and they do not install an app.
Basic, $39
Basic is $39, charged once for that wedding. It includes:
- Unlimited guests
- A separate reply for every event, so mehndi and the reception are not one yes-or-no
- Email invitations with the private link
- Meal choices and plus-ones
Choose Basic when more than one event needs its own headcount and you are fine emailing the link.
Basic is free with a paid print order whose merchandise subtotal is over $250. The comparison is the merchandise, not the total with shipping. An order of exactly $250 does not qualify. The subtotal has to be higher than $250. Premium is never included with a print order. It is always paid. The print order has to be paid, and the RSVP site still needs an account, including when Basic is free.
Invitation orders that cross that amount are in the invitation catalog. The offer is described on the RSVP page as free Basic RSVP with print orders over $250.
Premium, $79
Premium is $79, charged once for that wedding. It includes everything in Basic, plus:
- WhatsApp for up to 500 guests
- Email and WhatsApp reminders for guests who have not answered
- Announcements to the whole guest list when a plan changes
WhatsApp invites, reminders, and announcements stop at 500 guests. Guests after the first 500, in the order they were added, get email instead. Everyone opens the same RSVP page. If the list is longer than 500 and WhatsApp matters for the later names, email those names on purpose rather than assuming every phone will get a WhatsApp message.
You can start on Basic and move to Premium later. Premium is its own one-time payment. It is not a small add-on folded into the $39.
What to collect before you send links

The paper and the list should describe the same invitation.
- One household per invitation, matching how many invitations to order.
- A yes, a no, or a not-yet for each event that household was actually invited to. Do not ask a reception-only guest to reply to the ceremony.
- A meal only if you will use it. Ask for the choice you will hand the caterer, and skip questions you will not read.
- A plus-one only when that seat exists. The envelope should say "and guest" only in that case. Addressing is in how to address wedding envelopes.
- A mailing address if you are printing labels from the guest list. The list stores a street, a second line, a city, a state, a ZIP, and a country.
Paper reply cards are still in RSVP cards and inserts for households who will not use a link. You do not have to pick only one method. You do have to read both, or you will double-count an aunt who mailed a card and whose son also tapped the link.
When the replies should exist
Turn the page on before the invitations mail. A card that names a link or a site should land in a house where the link already works. Ceremony cards are listed as sent six to eight weeks before the wedding. The stationery timeline is the longer version of that countdown.
